Enrollment Details
How the Program Flows
- Book a connection call. We'll chat for 30 minutes and make sure it's a good mutual fit.
- Enroll in coaching. Complete your intake forms to clarify your goals, and I'll start to pull your charts.
- Book your sessions. Self-select times that work for you on my booking calendar, spaced out over 2-3 months.
- Implement the strategy. Use the time between sessions to take action based on the guidance you receive in coaching.
- Experience the magic. There's nothing like feeling the confidence and clarity of knowing who you are, why you're here, and how you work best. I can't wait to share that with you, and look forward to getting started.
How Coaching Differs From Therapy
Coaching with me is not therapy, counseling, or medical care, and it isn't a substitute for any of them. I'm not a licensed mental health provider, and our work together doesn't diagnose or treat any condition. What we do is reflective and forward-looking: we use your chart and your own knowing to make sense of where you are and choose what comes next. If you're in crisis, or working with something that needs clinical support, please reach out to a licensed professional or your local emergency services. Many of my clients see a therapist and work with me at the same time, and I'm glad to work alongside that care.
